We tailor every quote to your brief (locations, hours, deliverables, and extras), then return a written figure that matches your specifications.

We tailor every quote to your specifications: the day you need, the hours you book, and the deliverables you want.

On Weddings · Date Night, the live cost panel walks through indicative building blocks (GST-inclusive):

• Equipment Insurance/Supply: photography, videography, or both.
• Hours: coverage time (doubled when second-shooter hours apply; booking both photo and video forces second-shooter costing).
• Editing: photography, videography, or both packages.
• Travel: round-trip from our premises, calculated per kilometre when routing is available.
• Add-ons: USB, photobook, drone, GoPRO, photobooth, and more (see extras).

For commercial, events, real estate, aerial, social, and music videos, you share a brief (and a budget range where asked). We review it and return a fixed written quote. There is no public live calculator for those paths.

After you accept your written quote, the deposit is 30% of that final accepted quote (GST-inclusive).

The deposit is due upfront when you accept the quote and agree to the terms (when you sign the contract). Wedding coverage is usually a single day, though multi-day coverage is available when you need it.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the first shoot location / event takes place.

Enquire forms are a request for information. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the deposit.

We work across Adelaide and anywhere in South Australia.

Travel is calculated from our premises at 36 The Strand, Lightsview SA 5085, typically a round-trip road route priced per kilometre when distance data is available. Wedding day routes follow prep, ceremony, optional group locations, and reception (delivery addresses are not counted as same-day travel).

Interstate and international bookings are reviewed manually, and yes, we regularly travel for them. Tell us the locations in your enquire brief and we’ll confirm travel in your tailored quote.

Extras on the Date Night form appear exactly as you select them:

• Digital 1080p HD: listed with deliverables.
• Physical USB
• Archival photobook
• Aerial / drone (subject to CASA and on-site feasibility)
• GoPRO units
• Photobooth
• Second shooter: doubles coverage hours on the estimate (automatic when both photo and video are selected).

Open Weddings · Date Night for the live indicative panel. Amounts there are indicative and GST-inclusive until your tailored accepted quote confirms inclusions and totals.

Non-wedding services collect your brief, including a budget range where the form asks for one, then we return a tailored fixed quote based on your specifications. There is no public live calculator for these paths.

• Business / Commercial, Event Coverage, Aerial, Social Media, and Music Videos: budget ranges on each enquire form (plus “Not sure” where offered).
• Real Estate: listing packages and work volume for South Australian agents.

Music video forms note that production scale (shoot days, crew, locations, and post) shapes the quote; ranges help us recommend an approach before we confirm a fixed figure.

Indicative Date Night figures and accepted quotes are GST-inclusive unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

Your returned quote confirms what applies to your booking.

At Weddings enquire, choose your path:

• Date Night (about 10 to 15 mins): pour something nice, put the phones away, and tell us about your day. Full questionnaire with live indicative breakdown.
• Quick Quote (about 2 mins): essentials only; we discuss budget and details by phone. Free-text budget (e.g. flexible, still deciding) is fine.

Quick Quote can include a prefilled link to continue into Date Night later.

After you submit, you should receive confirmation that your brief arrived. We review scope (including CASA or location feasibility for aerial work) and follow up with next steps and a tailored written quote.

A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay the 30% deposit (due upfront when you accept the quote / agree to the terms). Questions before you start? Use Enquire or Contact (email admin@waldhuter.enterprises).

RAW files (unedited camera originals) are not part of standard deliverables unless your accepted quote explicitly includes them.

Edited deliverables (curated stills, films, reels, and galleries described in your quote) are what most clients receive.

For wedding photography, we target roughly 50 curated edited stills per hour of photographic coverage: a guideline, not a guarantee.

Style, timing, and conditions on the day all shape the final gallery. Video lengths and package inclusions follow your accepted quote.

Drone photography and videography depend on CASA rules, airspace, weather, safety, and on-site conditions. We’ll confirm what is possible before your booking.

If a quoted drone flight cannot proceed safely, prepaid aerial fees for undelivered work are refunded or credited. There is no extra drone fee for a flight we cannot safely conduct.
